Seamless and consistent signal which helped made our Tokyo vacation flawless! (5 gadgets connected)

Very friendly service counter at Osaka

Japan wireless was easy, convenient, and their service worked well all over Japan. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Reasonable price and easy to activate. 10GB for 15 days was perfect for my 2 week trip. I stayed mostly around Tokyo and the coverage and speed was good.

This was a lifesaver! We tried getting the eSIM. However, since our phones are locked, we weren’t able to get the eSIM. Our friends told us about the pocket wifi through this company and ordering was so easy. They delivered it at our hotel. My husband and I used it everywhere we went. It helped us with getting from point A to point B. We had no issues with it and loved how our entire party was able to connect to it and use the wifi. It lasted all day and when we went back to our hotel to rest, we just charged it before heading out again. Upon leaving Japan, we just packed the pocket wifi in a self addressed envelope and dropped it off at any mailbox. They received it the very next day. Definitely will use them again!

Easy to order and return!

It was perfect. Very useful and practical. When we need help they answer very quickly. 2nd time I use it.

I was impressed and did not encounter any issues. Thanks again

During our 13-day stay in Japan, we rented a pocket wi-fi from Japan Wireless, and we were able to enjoy very good connectivity for the whole family every day and in all the places we visited. It is a very practical and highly recommended system. The delivery of the device and its return were also very easy and comfortable.
