This company is very responsive. I had a few issues with my service however they were very responsive to my needs! Everything worked out very well!
Thanks Japan Wireless!

I would absolutely recommend the Japan Wiireless pocket WIFI . The coverage was tremendous as both my wife and I not only visited major cities but we hiked for 12 days in very remote areas and the coverage was never effected. Is is a truly a magnificent service , as we had two devices covered 24/7 for duration of our stay in Japan.

All perfect

Device was excellent - fast wifi. Convenient - device was sent to our hotel with a prepaid envelope to send back (which we left at our last hotel to send back). Good price, easy transaction. Thanks!

I've been using Japan Wireless for about a year now. I'm from the LA area, so I use it when I do business travels to Japan. My co-worker recommended it to me, as he uses it too, and has not had any problems.
This last trip (end of Apr 2019), I did have an issue with my unit, but I notified JW and within 24 hours, they had a new unit out to my hotel. But they were very responsive and quick action.
I contacted them via emails, and I would think that's the slowest method of contacting them, and they were still very quick.
I have no worries when I use JW. I will continue using them for the next few years, as my projects in Tokyo (and throughout Japan) continue.

Thank you to JW for their excellent service and easy interface.

The device was delivered to our hotel, setup was easy, and it worked perfectly.
