pocket wi-fi arrived at my terminal on time and with a notice when it arrived, it was fast and easy to connect to & battery and extra battery pack were super efficient... 10/10 honestly will order from here again when i head back to japan!

This device kept my group connected the entire trip. Never had any issues with signal, and the battery lasted us all day!

Our trip got cancelled the day before the trip and start of what would have been our third time to rent units from Japan wireless because of unforeseen circumstances. No issues on return of payment. Prior experiences were very positive so we will not hesitate to avail of their services again.

We had data permanent data connectivity anywhere we went. Equipament pick up and returning was very easy and fast. Excel·lent service.

We used japaa wireless in july 2019. Pick up & return was very easy. The unit performed very well!

Package was waiting at our hotel reception at check in as requested and was very simple to get started. Speed was quick and never dropped out even when being used a lot by two phones and also in a semi remote location when attending Fuji Rock Festival in the mountains for 4 days. We posted everything in the envelope provided at Tokyo Station on the way to Narita so hassle free. Will definitely use again!
