This is the third time using this service and like in the past I really appreciated the cost and the service provided. For sure I will do again as soon as I am travelling again to Japan.

100% connection. Battery power bank was very useful on long days without recharging.

Easy to use. Good connection.

Absolutely fantastic product, such an easy process and worked flawlessly. On arrival at our hotel, the package was ready and waiting for us and was a very easy setup. We had almost total 5G coverage in each location we visited and had no issues at all with any speed or connectivity. We had 2 devices connected most times when travelling. A simple pop back into the post box in the airport when leaving the country.

Easy to rent and return

Great WiFi service thank you

Excellent performance during our stay in Japan.

Easy to pickup/drop off and worked well for us! No issues!

It was so easy and simple to sign up! I applied and within minutes I got the device with proper instructions. I highly recommend!!

It was very helpful having internet service while touring Japan.
