Excellent service, as usual! Once again, we were not disappointed with the pocket WiFi, and will use it again on our future trips!

Product：Premium WifiNeeded a Wi-Fi while in Tokyo for Pokemon Go Fest and was suggested to use e-sim Japan wireless.
Easy to install, daily plans, and no problems/interference while using on my Android phone. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.
It is wonderful to hear that we could help make your Pokémon GO Fest experience in Tokyo completely stress-free! Big events with massive crowds can often be a true test for mobile networks, so knowing that our eSIM provided a flawless connection with zero interference on your Android phone is fantastic. We are also glad that our flexible daily plans fit your festival itinerary perfectly. Thank you so much for the kind recommendation and your support—we look forward to keeping you connected on your next adventure!🥰
It was easy to order and it was delivered to my hotel and waiting for me prior to check in. Very secure and no issues with setting it up except for the for directions print was really small and a little blurred. Had to take a pic and enlarge it. But overall great service.
Product：Premium WifiFirst time using a portable WiFi. Worked great for our entire trip. Was able to have everyone in our family on it and never had an issue. Much easier than eSIM for us.
