All ordering process was easy and fast

Perfetto

Everithing is perfect

We collected this when we arrived in Tokyo. We had 19 days travelling around Japan and this was worth every penny. It meant that not only could we use more than one gadget at a time (unlike a SIM card), we kept in touch with friends and family even when away from the hotel with its free wifi. It was easily to drop the envelope off at the airport post office on the way back. I would get one for any future visits.

Incredibly easy to navigate website. We look forward to our trip knowing we will be connected!

Travelled through Japan for 3 weeks: Osaka, Hiroshima, Miyajima, Kyoto, Tokyo, Sapporo, Hakodate and Nikko. Everywhere great WiFi coverage. Battery lasted almost the whole day with 2 cellphones connected. Reasonably priced. So more than satisfied with this service from Japan Wireless!

Ordered the Pocket WiFi to our Hotel, it was already waiting for us at our check-in. Perfect device for perfect connectivity... many thanks!

Really easy to find at Narita International Airport. The people there were amazing and really helpful. Setting up was very simple and easy. Loved that power bank was included even though I rarely used it because battery life was so good it lasted me about 7 hours of constant use. Data speeds were also very fast and really cheap prices to boot. This was honestly a lifesaver and definitely improved my first visit to Japan. I will be using this again if I ever go back. Thank you guys so much for the wonderful service!

It was really helpful. Always had signal. The battery pack wasn’t always great but we had our own anyway so didn’t matter

The Information given when ordering online was clear. Picking up and dropping off the pocket wifi device was very easy to do at Haneda airport. Signal and internet speeds from the device were good throughout our 2-week stay.
