Great service, highly recommended

Very convenient service

Perfect

The service of pick up and drop off works very well I had always good connection. Really useful to have when you travel in Japan!

This is the second time I’ve been to Japan and the second time I’ve used Japan Wireless. I found the service and the product great and very useful. I will be using it in the future again and I definitely recommend their service. I thought it was great value for the money compared to other wireless sites

My experience using Japan wireless was awesome. From ordering my package; to usage; to turning it in at end of the trip...it was easy. No problems with coverage throughout Japan in whatever city I was in it worked! Highly recommended!

Great service. Connection never dropped out and was easy to share on multiple devices. Would highly recommend.

We've rented a pocket wifi on our previous visit to Japan and it's made the trip a lot easier, so we didn't hesitate to make a reservation again. One thing is a bit confusing: according to FAQ, the package has to be returned before 12:00 on the day after the last rental day, but the reservation form asks specifically for the "return date" and not the rental period.

Service was awesome, on time delivery of the unit to my Hotel and no issues with connectivity throughout my rental period.

thank you. without your gadged/Wifi I would not be able to travel so easily as I did and be in contact with my friends all the time. it is priceless! next time I am definitely buying the service again!
