Order was delivered even earlier than expected, accurate location, and reliable internet service all throughout the trip. Will definitely get again next year when I come back.

Received product via courier to our hotel. All materials and usage instructions included, as well as return instructions and courier pouch. Product worked flawlessly and was easy to use. Return was simple. Pricing was reasonable for the period of time available/used.

We travelled around Tokyo, Nikko and Mount Fuji. The Wi-Fi was super handy and almost always available. The moments it was offline it came back in a few or it was the battery that was empty. Would rent it again anytime!

It was easy to pick up and drop off and the signal was incredible across the country.

I rented Wifi for a two-week trip to Tokyo and Kyoto. Connectivity and speed were always optimal. Midway, I lost connectivity, so I turned it off and back on, and the issue was resolved.
