We recieved it without issue, it was simple to use and returned it without any problems. It was really practical to always be able to use Google Maps especially.

I always use Japan Wireless whenever I visit Japan. The signal is very strong, and the connection is seamless. Download and upload mbps is very fast, almost no loading time. I highly recommend Japan Wireless!

En vuestro maravilloso país todo funciona perfecto! Este servicio forma parte de ello. Quienes deseen contratarlo háganlo con total tranquilidad! Muchas gracias Wireless!

Amazing experience from ordering to return. My pocket wifi was at the hotel upon my arrival and instructions were very clear including return pouch. Didn’t have to do anything extra. Never had issue with signal and access to internet.

I don’t know how I would have done without it!!!!It made my trip much simpler..

This is the third time I use JAPAN-Wiress and never had an issue. Coverage is virtually everywhere. I strongly recommend it.

Worked perfectly, no disconnection and battery that lasted the whole day

My wife and I have used Japan Wireless for several years now on our annual trips to Japan. Our trips are primarily to visit her father and to visit friends. Japan Wireless has been very responsive to our needs and the service has been very good.

Easy, great online customer service, everything was great.

Pickup and return were easy.
The routers performance was excellent throughout our travel around Japan.
