I had used Japan Wireless on past trips to Tokyo from Beijing. When I relocated here began using it for many months. Absolutely superb wireless and service from the company. If you come to Japan and need portable wireless, go, go, go with Japan Wireless!!

It is very cheap compared to other unlimited pocket wifi 🙂

Unfortunately I did not use their actual product, however, they are very responsive to my concerns and questions, and my questions were answered very fast (almost immediately) via email. When I had to cancel my order, they did it so fast and responded. They put the customers first, and I appreciate it.

I haven’t had time to use the device, yet. That’s because it arrived so quickly. I ordered it yesterday. It arrived less than 24 hours later to my home. I am in awe of such service. I’ve used Japan Wireless before for short-term rental. Never had any problems with them. Thank you.

I had the portable wi-fi device for 6 months and found the connection and speed very reliable, even under ground or going through tunnels. Very easy to set up and had no issues streaming videos etc. Only downside is forgetting to put back on the charger after a long day. It comes with a portable battery for charging but that also needs to be charged. Overall a very good experience 5 stars 👌
