For the 22 days we had the Wifi, we had no problems at all.

Delivered to my hotel and received at check-in. Used all day, every day for a week. Charged every night with provided equipment. Sealed in provided bag and dropped off at airport before departure. The whole process could not have been better.

I rented the pocket wifi from Japan Wireless on my 9 day trip through Japan including Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto and Osaka. There were three users on the line and we had perfect service throughout the trip. Also had no issues with battery life.
Picked up the device at Narita at the local post office located in the airport. Dropped off the device at Haneda. I would definitely recommend Japan Wireless.

Worked very well. Rental unit was at the hotel when I arrived, and was easy to put in the mailbox at the airport.

This is my 4th time renting from Japan Wireless for trips to Japan over the past 7 years.
