Very useful Thank you so much.

Highly recommended. Easy process and excellent coverage.

Been using this wifi since 2013. Consistently good service. Thank you!

Everything worked as expected, from pick-up to drop-off. We were connected through our entire trip.

Rate is reasonable, you can opt to pick it up @ the airport or have it delivered @ your hotel. Return of unit was easy too. Mail box @ the airport is conveniently located.

The signal, it never failed us. Will definitely get your services again, Japan Wireless!

Among the many pocket wifi providers in Japan I ultimately chose Japan Wireless to supply my device. Their website was easy to navigate. When I had specific questions regarding the nuances of my needs they were quick to reply to my emails. I hope the customer service and product continue to be this excellent throughout my six-week trip to Japan. Arigato!

It was easy to order online. Delivered in time. Easy to return. All were good. It would be even better if the price was lower. I wanted to shorten the rental by a few days towards the end and it would have been good to have a refund option for shortening the rental period.

Ordered my pocket Wi-Fi..very easy..information to pick it up was very easy …on to Japan..we are so excited to go..thank you…

Very convenient drop off and delivery to
the hotel

It is the second time that we use this product. Indispensable for a trip to Japan. Simple to pick up and return being able to leave it either at the airport or in various post offices.
