Renting a wifi device was so easy--it was easy to arrange a pickup and so easy to return (we just dropped it off in a mailbox).

We always get the pocket wifi when we travel to Japan! The connection was steady throughout our 8 day stay. Even in the rural mountain areas! Highly recommend 10/10

Great pocket WiFi!!!

I have rented their pocket Wi-Fi twice now and have found their services to be reliable, convenient and efficient. The Wi-Fi doesn’t hold a charge for as long as I’d hoped but the backup battery pack which is included is helpful.

I used it for 2 weeks, I am satisfied with the product, the concept is very good, especially for tourists. My only problem is that the power bank that came with the wifi was faulty, it could not be charged. I recommend checking the operation of the power banks from time to time.

Japan wireless was great for our Japan trip, great service and coverage between Tokyo, Osaka and Hiroshima.

Works great every time!
