Equipment was waiting for me at my hotel reception when I arrived. Worked flawlessly. Easy setup and connection. Drop off at airport in provided addressed envelpoe was easy.

The mobile wifi we rented was very convenient. It was at our hotel when we arrived and had a very easy setup. The signal was good. Returning it was as simple as dropping it in the mail box. I would definitely use Japan wireless again.

Good LTE connection in Tokyo and Osaka, just be mindful of the data limit! Next time I visit I will get the pocket wifi!
