Great service! Was easy to connect and use. Had strong signal in every place I visited in Japan. I could even watch YouTube while travelling on bullet trains! I hope to come back to Japan very soon and I will be using this service again!

Great customer service for English speakers and easy setup. 4/5 because the airport kiosk was closed when my plane arrived which caused much concern because it was my first time in Japan and I didn’t have connection my first day. The next day after a call, the pocket Wi-Fi was quickly shipped to me.

The process could not have been easier. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable and I had no issues whatsoever. Also I loved that you just drop the box in the mailbox in the airport on your way home.

It was very easy to order, collect at the airport and to set up. We spent two weeks in Japan and used the wifi constantly, the connection was strong and reliable. Very efficient service overall. Thank you
