The whole experience was easy. Wifi box was at our hotel when we arrived and it worked well!

We have been using this product when traveling through Japan. It is an easy pick up and drop off at the domestic airport. We can also get it delivered to our accommodation, but I like to use google maps when driving, hence why we pick it up as soon as we land. We are about to connect all our devices to it which is very handy. Very reasonably priced as well.
