efficient and affordable

Delivered on time. Easy to use. Reliable. Easy return at airport.
Reasonably priced. Will definitely use again.
- Simcard showed zero bars but still had good speed and coverage.
- Used battery pack often for portable wi-fi. Nice that it was included.

Very pleased with the service. Thank you.

Thank you for being so accommodating. My flight got delayed and I couldn’t pick up the pocket wifi on time. Japan wireless was able to ship it the following day to my hotel. Thank you!!

What a wonderful service for travelers to Japan. So easy and convenient.

From reserving, picking up, connecting and returning the device, it was the most convenient process ever ! We were never without WiFi! I will continue to rent pocket Wi-Fis from here every time I visit Japan.

Convenient! Reserved in advance and it went smoothly.
