My flight to Japan was canceled by United Airlines. I was afraid that I might miss my opportunity to pick up my wifi. I contacted customer service and the office held my reservation until I arrived! That ease, consideration, and convenience make it worth every penny! The device worked great my whole trip! Thank you!

Claiming and returning of pocket wifi package is very convenient.
We’re able to usethepocket wifi in allareaswe visitedin Tokyo
Pocket wifi battery can last up to more than 10 hours so we hardly use the battery pack

Didn't expect to recieved 2 portable wifi to share with my family members and they offer powerbank too 👍👍. . Easy pickup and return instruction with no hassle

We used Japan Wireless portable WiFi from hiking on the Kumano Kodo in Wayakama to Kanazawa to Okinawa and Ikigashi. We had continuous coverage on all these disparate locations. We even had coverage on boats in Okinawa Prefecture. All in all, this was the best service we could have gotten, all for a much cheaper price than using our international plan. Highly recommend!

Signal was strong and complementary charger ensured I had wifi all day

Customer service is superb. Wifi works in all the placed we've been to in Japan. Thank you!

My only small suggestion would be to make it clearer with signage about where exactly to pick up a reserved Japan Wireless product at Haneda airport. For me, it was not as clear as I would have liked and I needed to ask several people before finding the pick-up desk. Otherwise, everything worked very well and having connectivity at all times really enhanced my experiences while in Japan.

It was so convenient to have the Japan Wireless waiting for us at our hotel. The instructions for use were clear and helpful as well as the instructions for returning the device. I highly recommend this service, it made our trip so much smoother!! Thank you!!

We rented a pocket wifi from Japan Wireless for the 3 weeks we were in Japan. Pickup was easy at the JAL ABC in the terminal 2 arrival area, and we dropped off the device in a pre-labeled envelope in a post office box at the departure check in area.
We traveled through Kyushi, Hiroshima, Kyoto, Nagoya and into the central Japanese Alps and never had a problem with connectivity. A fully charged device lasted most of the day. For a couple of days when we were using GPS a lot, we were able to recharge the device using the extra back up battery pack provided with the rental.
This is absolutely the way to go when traveling in Japan. Having reliable access to Google Maps whereever we went was invaluable and having internet access so that we could learn more about the places we were visiting added to the enjoyment of the trip.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The unlimited offer was great in value and the device absolutely of good quality
