Easy to set-up and mobile reception everywhere.

Super easy process to get the wireless pocket wifi, and just as easy to use throughout the holiday. No issues at all, will definitely use again!

The whole experience was great. The website was easy to navigate and the rental process was a breeze. They gave simple direction and picking up the wifi box was easy. Internet service was great and never dropped. Battery lasted the whole day and never had to use the power bank provided. The return was even simpler, placed it back in the provided envelope and drop it in the outgoing mail. Will definitely rent again on our next trip.

WiFi worked great in Hokkaido.

Thanks for the chip. I received in my hotel, before the hotel check-in. It worked very well during all the trip.

Always rent this every time I'm in japan, never fails no matter where I am in the country!

Amazing service, excellent coverage, no problems at all. Easy to organise. Perfect for visitors to Japan!

Great value, easy to collect and use and excellent coverage. Definitely recommended

Pocket wifi was awesome. Worked wherever we were through Tokyo/Osaka and their surrounds. Only downside was the powerbank. Think we got a dodgie one. It would charge up but as soon as you plug in to recharge it will go straight down to nothing. Pocket wifi was awesome though.

Easily picked up and drop off. Speed and availability was great when in metro areas. Coverage in Hakone area was spotty and not available most of the time.
