Second time user. Japan wireless has this rental system down to a science. The router was waiting for us at the hotel. It worked perfectly throughout our holiday in Tokyo and Kyoto. At the end of our trip we put the router, charger and spare battery in the provided envelope and dropped in the mailbox prior to going through security at Haneda airport.

I just retired and plan on making Japan a frequent destination. Japan wireless will be my only choice for internet provider.

I rented the pocket Wifi for 13 days. The coverage was great and the battery could last the whole day. Great service.

We stayed in Japan for 3 weeks and had a very good experience with the portable Wifi. It got delivered on time to our hotel, the process was simple and instructions were clear. It was also one of the most affordable options. I would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to Japan!

The pocket router was waiting at my hotel reception. It worked perfectly everywhere and all the time (I stayed 25 days in Japan). Easy to use and return. I’d recommend it very warmly!

This service worked great for me. Everything I needed was delivered to my hotel. I was able to use google maps everywhere I went so so didn’t get lost. I used hotel wifi for texting out of the country. Returning the device in the mail was easy.
