The process from start to finish was very easy. I especially appreciate that I could drop it off at the post on my way out of Tokyo.

we have the best wifi connection in japan. They also provide extra power bank.

From ordering to receiving the wifi: everything went smooth. The connection speed is also very satisfactory. This helped me have internet at home for 2 months while waiting for the Internet company make the connection. Life savers!

Very good network works perfectly constantly connecting. Great jobs, would highly recommend. Thanks.

We initially used this last year and as it was so good we rented again this year. Easy to order, easy to collect, friendly and helpful at collection point (collected from Ninja WiFi booth at airport), easy to set up, easy to use, easy to return. 100% recommend this to anyone.

Very easy to pick up, use and return. Would definitely recommend
