It was simple to take the wifi in the airport and to send it back, both the wifi and the charger worked perfectly and the price was very convenient. Thank you!

Probably the only service you need. Will order again. Everything went super smoothly!

It all went super well. From ordering to receiving, using and returning the router. An excellent experience.

I have only the highest of praise, excellence in every aspect. Great value for money, never out of reception and excellent battery life. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Japan.

Battery lasts a long time! Simple and easy pick up and convenient drop off.

super niceeeeeeeeeee

Highly recommend! I have used Japan wireless for 2 trips and found it to be better than esim. The whole process is seamless.

Good service so far. Thanks a lot.

I used the portable wifi box while on holiday in July and it worked across the 5 cities we visited. The portable battery was needed to keep the box alive so it was a bit cumbersome but no problems at all. Impeccable service
