Excellent efficient service from start to finish. Spare power pack was very useful too. Would highly recommend

This wi-fi router was an asset to our holiday. It had enough charge every day and did not drop off or let us down when out and about travelling. We would most definitely recommend and use again!

This was so great. I ordered it to be delivered to my hotel. Upon arrival it was waiting for me. Connecting was really simple and the battery lasted a whole day, didn't have to use the provided power bank once.
Easy drop off at the airport afterwards.

I will definitely use this again.

The setup was easy as it comes with instructions and everything that is needed. The battery would last us all day. There was only one day that my phone was not connected to it, but it was a simple fix. I am very glad that we had it with us and I would definitely get it again for a future trip.

This was the second time I treated myself to a pocket wifi for my city vacation in Japan. And it works perfectly. Neither in Tokyo nor Osaka were there problems with the connection.
No matter where I was. The internet has always worked perfectly.

Very satisfied of this product. I already recommended to friends who are planning to go to Japan in summer.

Seamless delivery at our hotel, excellent service and WiFi. Thank you!

Works perfectly all day long, it's very easy and fast to set up and connect

The SIM worked perfectly and the customer service is excellent.

Used this when I was in Tokyo for a week. It worked amazing. My sister, husband, daughter and I were on it. No issues on data or service.
