Absolutely no problem at all. Easy to take, easy to return, very good performances.

The service Japan Wireless offer is great, convenient and efficient. The connection was alway available and very easy to use. For us as must in our trip.

Nos appareils nous attendaient à la réception de notre hotel comme prévu. L'autonomie du pocket Wifi était parfaite: nous n'avons jamais eu besoin de la batterie externe fournie.
Le traducteur était finalement peu utile: google translate, google lens et surtout la gentillesse de nos interlocuteurs étaient suffisants.
Pour le retour, l'employé de "japan wireless" nous a très gentiment indiqué l'emplacement de la boite aux lettres qui nous avait échappé :).
Nous ferons à nouveau appel à Japan Wireless lors de notre prochain séjour au Japon!

Japan Wireless was easy to use and very reliable. The pocket device was sent on time to my hotel. The return envelope has the necessary instructions mentioned. and drop off area clearly mentioned. I would definitely use it again on my next trip.
