From the time I ordered before flying to Japan the whole process was quite easy, no issue with internet connection me and my 2 kids used throughout our 15 days trip and end of the trip it had proper instructions where and how to drop it off.

The best to have wifi during our roadtrip in Japan

Easier to use for those not born into a digital landscape.

We pre-ordered 2 devices for our family of 4 online, received clear instruction where to pick up at Narita. The connection was easy to set up, good speed (even for mobile gaming teenagers), reliable coverage, easily fits into handbag or trouser pockets. The battery wasn't too good but it came with a small USB power bank and with that it easily lasted as long as we ever needed deep into the night. Drop off was as simple as putting everything back into the bag, sealing the envelope and throwing it into a post box. Would always use this service again and recommend to other tourists, for our 2 weeks it was perfect and much simpler than an eSIM

Worked perfectly fine

Super easy to pick up and connect right away. Great to have the battery backup we used it for 7 days and it was perfect.

Everything worked perfectly. The package included the pocket WiFi device, a power bank, and an adapter. I purchased it online from New Zealand, and upon arrival at Narita Airport Terminal 1, my package was ready and waiting at the counter with my name on it.

The return process was just as easy. Be sure to keep the return envelope provided, and before entering airport security, place all the items back into the bag, seal it, and drop it in the post box at Terminal 1.

Excellent service overall, with clear and prompt communication via email. Highly recommended for a hassle-free internet solution while in Japan.

A perfect service across the board. It was easy to book my device and the pickup instructions were clear.
The device functioned perfectly throughout my stay and the spare battery is a helpful inclusion.
Dropping the device off at an airport postal box is easy.
I would definitely use this service again.

Great job. Love it!!

Wifi was delivered to the hotel on time. Easy drop off at Haneda Airport. Good pricing!
