The service worked impeccably and I had a chance to contact Customer Support to ask few question about the APN setup for the eSIM I purchased and they went the extra mile to try to find all the information I needed.

Our group used this wifi for all our internet needs on the go. This was especially useful as we used Google maps and other apps to be able to go around Kyoto and Osaka. This was unlimited data and the price was relatively low. The internet speed was ok. The pickup and drop-off were convenient.

I subscribed your offer during my stay in Japan and the experience was great. I found the delivery in the hotel. I didn’t receive any feedback of my return but I think it went well.

Would not go to Japan without this. Worked extremely well. Always had WIFI. Pick up at hotel and drop off at Airport was so easy. Easy to set up with your phone. Excellent idea.

Eerything was good. Very easy to pick up and return.

The wireless router is small and easy to carry around. We chose the piton to have it delivered to our hotel and it was a very easy process. The battery lasts pretty much a whole day plus there's the power bank in case you run out.

The return process as well was pretty straight forward as the red postbox was easy to find and you can ask the airport staff to long you in the right direction if you get lost.

10/10 experience using the router and would definitely recommend

Rented pocket wifi online a few days before our trip to Tokyo(4days) and Kyoto(3 days). Requested pocket wifi be sent to our hotel on the day we arrived. Very convenient and affordable. We charged up the pocket and were ready to go from the first day as tourists. Useful to get directions by foot and by bus and underground transit to see the sights. The pocket wifi also came with portable recharger which was helpful. Returning the pocket wifi was also very easy: ask the hotel desk staff to send back in the envelope provided or drop in mailbox at airport before going through security.

This was probably the 5th or 6th time I've used Japan Wireless and your service has been quick, precise and dependable every time. I will continue to use your service for each of my trips to Japan in the future.

Love the fact that with the portable WIFI you can never get lost in Japan! It's so east to rent and they drop it off at the hotel! also returns are so easy! just place it in the pre paid envelope and droop it oof at the front dest,

Our experience with the wifi device was great…easy to pick up and return at the airport. They even provide a small power bank which was perfect for longer day outings. No issues connecting all our devices…was perfect for our small group.
