First part of our trip the service was great. We moved to western Japan and had some technical problems however, the issue was resolved in a quick manner and a new hot spot was sent to me immediately. I was back online in no time. They even reimbursed the time I wasn’t able to use the service, no questions asked. Arigato Japan Wireless!

Always very convenient to have as we travel in Japan. The delivery to our first hotel is always efficient as the unit package is already waiting at the front desk for us. The return via airport postal box is super simple. We've noticed that the WiFi units are newer and the battery life lasts much longer than previous rentals. We highly recommend this!

Purchased the 9-d package and used in Tokyo and Nagano prefecture on an US eSIM iPhone. Fairly straightforward to install and very consistent data speed even in the mountainous area around Nagano prefecture. Good experience.
