Great service great device. No problems at all. Love it. Will rent over and over again.

The best option to travel around Jaoan

Very reliable and easy to use. I have used this on two separate trips now and did not have any issues on both occasions. I would highly recommend and use again.

Pick up and drop off of device was extremely simple. Travel with wifi access is a must and we will definitely do agaib

Reliable, easy to use, easy process of pay/pick up/drop off.

Worked very well. Would highly recommend it, Will use it again!

100% service evrywhere we went in Japan. Super long battery life. Our phone and tablets were always connected. We got clear videochat and VOIP with extremely low latency. It was really nice sharing moments in real-time with family in the US and uploading high resolution photos every night. Highly recommended.

Very good

Handy, small device. Start up, log in and ready to go. Battery life, at least 10 hours, but with the included power bank, double that. Powerbank also useful for charging a mobile phone. Really strong WiFi signal everywhere. Pick up and drop off at Narita Airport (Post Office) was easy and smooth. I'm very satisfied.
