Thank you for the very smooth delivery and return. It worked well though the battery drained very fast. Had to keep it attached to the extended battery.

Great performance. It worked so well.

We travel to Japan once a year and this is the first time we ever rent wifi. Not sure why we have never done so but this comes very handy esp for our little one. awesome reception and battery life not as bad as others mentioned. Will definitely rent them again.

Worked perfect. Did not encounter any problem.

As always, delivered on time and works perfectly!

Perfect!

So useful, easy to use - well worth the cost!

All very good from this provider. Delivery on time no problems with connection anywhere and reasonable price as we travelled on our own. So helpful in Japan !! Thank you

As a tourist from Belgium (Europe) I visited Japan for 23 days..
Logistics : 5 stars , I ordered by internet three weeks before visiting Japan
I asked for delivery in Narita Airport when i was landing : very smooth handling at the postoffice
Connections : also 5 stars : even in the Shenkanzen i had a good connection.
Only in the tunnels of the Japanese Alps was the connection interrupted.

Conclusion :
I only can recommand the service and quality off Japan Wireless
