Really easy process and easy to use WiFi for Japan.

Been to japan many times. Have been using this mobile wifi provider eversince.. Best price and best service. Easy to return prior leaving japan, just use japan post mail boxes at the international airport.

We spent 3 weeks in Japan in September 2019. Prior to leaving Australia, we booked and requested if we could have the items delivered to our hotel the next day of our arrival as we arriving late that night. The item was given to us on arrival all set up ready to go. We had no problem with the wi-fi throughout Japan which also include a cruise around the main island. I highly recommend Japan Wireless network.

The pocket wifi worked great everywhere. My wife and I where able to use are phones and my tablet from Osaka to to Tokyo. The speed of the connection was better then are data plan at home. I will definitely use it the next time we got.

A little hard to find at the airport, but other than that, amazing service! They even gave me a wireless charger to use along with a charger for the pocket WiFi. Overall, would highly recommend!

Indispensable device during my Japan trip. Internet connection was fast and very reliable, worked everywhere. Pickup and drop off at the airport was easy. Far superior to using my USA wireless plan overseas and constantly worrying about generating extra charges. Highest recommendation!

We pretty happy having gmaps and trains schedules everywhere we're going. It also helps finding smaller restaurants less popular.
It's sometime hard to find a European breakfast, also very helpful.
