First time ever to use a personal hotspot. The process was simple and efficient. Placed the order and the device was waiting for us at the hotel when we checked in. The convenience of having the device for phone and data was very beneficial, more than I anticipated it would be. The return process was easy with the included mailer - just drop the device in the mail at the end of your rental. I have one minor nitpick. I had a question that I emailed customer service about during our rental. I wish they had been a little more timely with a response but not a deal breaker by any means. I would use JW again.

I just order the pocket WiFi and haven't gotten it yet, but the customer service so far is on top of everything, I got all the information I need to get my pocket WiFi up and running as soon as I get it, plus where to pick up and drop off. The company was extremely helpful and communicated with me, answering my questions and concerns honestly and professionally. The first router I ordered was defective and would not charge, and they were extremely polite and helpful in getting me a replacement.
