Quality service and products,

Easy to pick up, drop off. Can use debit card as well as credit card. Highly recommend.

We rented pocket wifi during our trip to Japan and Thailand.
For similar cost, the device with Japan Wireless is much much better. Even though it comes with a power bank, we never needed to use it as the device built in battery is large enough to last all day. Complete online payment and return by using enclosed envelope is much more convenient than the one in Thailand which required a cash deposit and return to the originating airport kiosh

Very easy to handle, very good connection 24h a day. I will use it whenever I'm in Japan again!

Collection made at Airport post office and returned by post. Very convenient. The wireless was work well with multiple gadgets.

Strong signal and good battery life. The delivery in our hotel was prompt and the retur is simple.

Our second time signing up with them. We’ve tried other companies but Japan-wireless is the best.

Amazing service very good router essential to travel in Japan

Easy to rent, free delivery to hotel and easy drop off at the airport. Thank you so much!

Easy ordering process. Smooth pick up. Great coverage. Seamless return. Competitive pricing. Would use them again.
