Excellent service and coverage, simple delivery and return

Excellent equipment

The info online was very clear and made it easy to order.

Very reliable and fast service. I got it shipped to the hotel and it arrived on time.

The portable WiFi was amazing during our entire vacation in Japan. It lasted from early morning til late at night. No issues with connectivity and was very fast for both my wife and myself. I highly recommend!

My go-to wifi every time I go to Japan! I have used more than 3x! Stay connected with Japan Wireless :)

The portable wifi unit was very easy to use, and extremely reliable in 95% of situations (even when we were staying in a monastery on top of a mountain). However, it was very patchy on the shinkansen (I presume because we were whizzing too quickly past the signal towers). The translator unit came very much in handy when we were in places that only had menus in Japanese - it was sometimes a little wonky, but it at least allowed us to understand what the options were.

I've been using Japan Wireless for more than five years and found the service is very consistent & reliable. Highly recommended!

Ordering your Japan Wireless is simple. Just organise to pick it up from any of Japan's Airport on your arrival.
Its simple and easy instructions to setup and use in minutes.
Carry it with you everywhere and anywhere you go in Japan. Keep yourself connected with Family Friends and Work through your Social apps emails with Japan Wireless.
And before you depart Japan just pop your Japan Wireless modem spare battery cord and it's carry pouch in the mail card envelope provided and post it at a mailbox in the Airport before you enter Customs.

I recommend this picket wifi so fast and no hassle when returning even if you arrive and depart from different Location in japan.
