Excellent service and coverage

Hassle free transaction. I had no problem with the service and connected. Easy return from the airport. Highly recommended !!!

We did not encounter any problems, delivery and return was easy. Our device was waiting at our hotel, charged with a convenient carry case. We were able to get our connections very easily. Kanpeki desu!

Simple process. No problems encountered. Will use again.

Very reliable service even in the countryside of Hokkaido. Pickup and drop off at the hotel was so convenient.

We ordered the pocket wifi last minute as we are already in Kyoto. Luckily they can deliver in our hotel. So hassle free. Easy to use. Lightweight and almost have signal anywhere in Japan. We just also drop it off at a post in the airport. Will purchase this again when we go back to Japan.

Pocket Wi-Fi was simple to rent, easy pick up and return, and very reliable to use. Used it everyday for two weeks, battery never went too low. Will rent and use through Japan Wireless next time I’m in Japan.

It was my first time renting a pocket wifi but it was very easy to use! Pickup was very smooth, no line at all. I also didn't have any issues connecting to the pocket wifi. Highly recommend!

great coverage with the exception when I traveled by ship which is understandable. Great battery life and the included power bank is very nice. Easy pickup and return too.

Easy process to get and return. Worked perfectly everywhere i went
