Using the mifi in Japan was very useful when using the train. It helps me find places I want to see using the Google map.

worked really well for the family of 4 (including 2 teenagers) in all the cities we visited. Easy to book, pick up, use and return leaving the family able to negotiate Japan so comfortably. Make sure you charge the power pack every night and you will have a great holiday

The wifi device was waiting when we got to the hotel. The service was excellent, with no drop outs. Battery lasted all day

The transaction is very easy, from ordering up to the returning of the device. My only comment was the device drains very fast that it needs to be recharged after 3 hours. Though there is a powerbank included but still, it easily trains. All in all, I will definitely use this again when we go back.
