Very Easy (bit hard to find pickup desk first time in japan). No problems with connection, went tokyo, kyoto, hiroshima+miyajima island with no issues. Battery lasted all day. Didn't really need to use the extra power bank but was useful for phones etc on trains. Mail back was super easy with prepackaged envelope and instructions. 2 Week Trip Feb 2023. Would use again on next trip

service simply top!!

Does what it promises... Excellent service! Excellent connection!

Simple to install. Was great for our time in Japan. Will use again definitely.

Ordering process was smooth

Very convenient, it was delivered at our door step on time. Very reliable and never failed once. Will definitely get japan wireless on my next travel to Japan

Returning to Japan for my first visit post-COVID, this was the first time I had elected to travel with a "Pocket Wi-Fi". On previous visits I had relied solely on "roaming" from my phone provider, only to be hit with big bills on my return. Highly delighted with the whole process; booked on-line in advance and collected from a counter at Fukuoka Airport, the device was easy to set-up on my phone and laptop and gave me 5-days of uninterrupted wi-fi internet coverage whilst travelling around largely rural Kyushu, often on local trains. Even the return of the device was pain-free;- simply seal into the envelope provided and drop into a post box at Fukuoka Airport.

Amazing quality of service & coverage.

been a fan of Japan wireless wifi because of their TRUE unlimited, no capping! They will give you like 99gb daily!

Ive been using this pocket wifi for many times everytime i go japan and its the best 🔥💯better than sim card.
