Travelled with Family Late March. Ordered online, and pick up and return at the airport was a breeze. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Battery lasted almost the entire day and WiFi service was great. It was small enough to carry around in a pocket, and it made worrying about internet one less thing to worry about. Picking up and returning are fairly straightforward as well, so there is no hassle with picking it up.

I ordered very last minute before my trip, about 2 days before i landed and the pocket wifi was ready for pick up at the airport for when i landed. Only used for myself, so the battery life was never an issue for me either. Purchased the fastest one and had no issue with wifi speed.

perfect for what I needed

Hassle free transaction.

It was easy to connect our phones to the WiFi. The battery lasted all day.

I always had coverage even nearby Mt Fuji areas. Easy to use, very nice and quick handover when picking it up. Totally recommend

Delivered to nominated hotel when expected. Constant Wi-Fi throughout my journey around Japan I would very much recommend this service

This was our first time using Japan wireless and it worked out great! We reserved just a few days before leaving and pick up was easy at the airport, connection was excellent, drop off was easy with the prepared return envelope at the airport. Device was compact, easy to carry and battery lasted all day. Came with a battery pack, but we only needed to use it once as most days we just charge at night. Connection was secure and so didn’t have concerns when needing to make purchases online. Made traveling so easy as we could always use our phone map to navigate transit as well as use google translate to read signs and menus. Website was easy to navigate to order. Thank you for making our trip so much better!

It worked great and was easy to carry around
