Very useful for travel

Our pocket wifi was invaluable during our trip! We never had to worry about losing connection or using too much phone data, and it was nice and compact so we could carry it around easily in a cross body bag/fanny pack. Pick up and drop off was a breeze as well. Highly recommend!

This was our first time directly using the services of a local internet service provider in a foreign country. The two prepaid sims, the pocket wifi and the pocket translator were promptly delivered to our hotel a few days before we arrived. The two packages were waiting for us when we checked in.

The instructions for installing the SIMs, and using the pocket wifi and pocket translator were clear, concise and easy to understand. I had no problems activating the devices.

The SIMS were to be used as back-up internet connections in case the pocket wifi failed or ran out of battery. That combination worked very well although we used the pocket wifi mostly and the SIMs only at times.

The internet connection was very dependable and crucial when we were navigating the train systems, looking for the venues and taxi stands. During our week long trip, the internet connection and signal did not fail us during the more crucial travel moments (even when we went underground to the subway.)

With one smart phone connected (sometimes two), the pocket wifi battery was good enough to last most of the day. The charging time for the pocket wifi and its power bank was faster than expected.

The self addressed envelope and the instructions to return the equipment was also very clear and easy to understand. It was easy finding the post office at the airport where I dropped the package off.

I highly recommend Japan Wireless to anyone visiting Japan.

I use this service to get a travel Wi-Fi every time I travel to Japan. The process is simple, easy and affordable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone travelling to Japan.

Worked without problem, will use it again

The device was very powerful and no issues with providing access to 3 device, full coverage Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto and between, strongly recommend

Se viaggiate in Giappone in famiglia o in gruppo, questa è la soluzione più pratica. Consigliato!

Really convenient to pick up at airport & set up. Super reliable service & they provide an envelope to drop it off when you are done in any post box. They have them at the airport also.

Very nice, good 👍 👍 lasted the entire trip. Nice and afordable.

We would not have been able to travel in Japan without this pocket wifi device! The reservation and pickup at Haneda was super easy, and we were able to drop off at a post office box at the airport in Osaka before we left. I charged it each night and used it all day while out and about. The only one time in 10 days that I lost connection (which was probably my phone, or maybe something about the location at Osaka Castle), I restarted both the pocket wifi and my phone and it came right back online. This was super easy to use and well worth every bit of the already reasonable price.
