The product was excellent. Simple to use and was very reliable throughout Japan (and we were in some very remote places). In credibly fast and efficient tech/customer support. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. One of the best experiences I’ve had as a customer from any company. Bravo!

It was fast and easy to use in Japan as well as recommending it to friends or family when visiting in Japan.

its a such good experience of your products. I wish I could use this in other parts of the world when I am traveling.

Easy to use, delivered right to my hotel, the. Extra battery pack was nice but I rarely needed it, never ran out of service in four different cities.
