The premium “pocket” wifi was so easy to access, delivered to our hotel ready for us arriving saved a lot of stress at the airport. It was packaged well and instructions on how to use were very clear. Great that it can be used with multiple devices while exploring Japan. Wifi speeds were good and we never had any problems with signal. My only constructive feedback would be that sometimes the device could become very warm during use and I found the return of the package a little hard to find at the airport. There didn’t seem to be any information about where we could locate the post box which took us a while to find. Overall a great service and I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Japan.

2nd time to avail premium wifi service from Japan Wireless. 1st time Toyko area only. Now from Osaka, Nara, Kyoto, Nagoya, Hakone, Tokyo to Hokkaido to works flawlessly!!!!

Without the Japan Wireless Wifi Router, we wouldn't be able to navigate to the places we wanted to be at. As a tourist in Japan, it was a life saver.
