First time in Japan and instead of paying Verizon exorbitant fees we kept our airplane mode on and used this for 12 days. Worked flawlessly. Great coverage and speed. Plenty for 2 phones. Easy to use. Easy to find at the airport. And super easy to return. Would definitely use this next time we visit.

Great Wi-Fi everywhere in japan

The pick up spot is very convenient for the Tokyo monorail. Signal was great all over Kanto. Will use again next year!

I found the service extremely helpful during the course of my travels in Tokyo and the surrounding cities. The Wi-Fi always had great connection and it was clear and easy to use. The only problem I had with it was when it was moving about in my pocket, the screen would move and select random settings. At one point, the pocket wi-fi even blocked my phone from being able to connect to the device. That happened only once and was easily fixed. 10/10 I would use this service again.
