Thanks for the good service

The pocket wifi we rented for use while we were in Fukuoka worked perfectly for the 15 days that we needed it. It was delivered on-time to our hotel & the return mail process was very simple

This is the second time we've used Japan Wireless to rent a pocket Wi-Fi device. We're once again completely satisfied with the equipment we rented, as well as the organization of how we handled both the pick-up and drop-off. The service was excellent; we highly recommend this company.

This wifi box around Japan was a great asset. The wifi Box came with a battery pack which I used only once during my 14 days in Japan. The battery life of the wifi box was sufficient. We also loaded eSims onto our iphones just in case , but in hindsight we probably didn't need to. Easy pick up from the Airport and Easy to pop into the post box at the Airport before the departure gate . Very hassle free. We hire again on our next visit

Purchasing an e-sim is easy and there is a lot of option for your package. Installing e-sim in your phone also easy by scanning the QR code or manually input the code that you got from the email.

Useful tool, the line wasn't always so stable but it permitted me to do everything I needed!
