Uncomplicated process from start to finish. Router lasted the whole day, reliable connection (Tokyo).

The product is good during our 9 day stay in Osaka, the connection does not buffer or slow down and we used it 24x7 during our stay. Lastly the services and conveniences of picking up and dropping off the items at the airport is a big plus factor for Japan wireless. This is my second time I used Japan Wireless premium WIFI , the first one was in Tokyo and last one in Osaka. Thank you Japan Wireless.
