We had 8 days trip in Osaka, Kyoto region. We picked up the device at KIX airport. Easy to connect to cell phones. No issues with WiFi signals during the entire trip. Will definitely use it again for our next Japan trip.

Overall this was very easy to arrange and collect from the airport. From there it worked perfectly giving us internet connection across Japan which was invaluable. The battery lasted the who day and only needed charging at night. Return was very simple through the post office. Would highly recommend.

Ordered Wi-Fi from Japan Wireless, collected it at the AirPort and after that Carried it around in my handbag. Supereasy and efficient. No regrets!

The process to reserve a wifi was super easy to do online. Pick up was quick and convenient at the airport. Drop off was equally convenient with the provided envelope.

As a tourist in Japan you need internet access all the time for practical things like Google translate or maps. Having a portable wifi is a great solution. Everything went smoothly, we picked it up at the airport by arrival. The device is very simple, so it was easy to get it started and to use it. Highly recommended.
