We rented a Pocket Wifi to share and connect our family of 4 devices. We had no issues, with the package ready for us to pick up at the hotel front desk on check in and no connection issues during our trip. Was also simple to return as we departed Haneda. Thank you

Worked great all the time! Even in tunnels!

very good and easy to use

Had it for one month, used it in Tokyo,Kyoto and Hakkaido.
Allowed us to communicate when we needed.
Excellent service.

Good service and easy to use

This pocket wifi was excellent. It was fast and it allowed all 6 of us traveling to access internet and stay in touch friends and family without any issues. It’s a small device which could fit into my bag. It comes with a spare battery, which i did not have to use. I highly recommend this device as a solo traveller or if traveling in a group. It was a bonus to have it delivered to my hotel where it was waiting for me when i checked in, it can also be collected at the airport. A stamped envelop is provided for its return. So easy.

Good connection, easy manual

Useful device. Several of us could connect to the one unit. We typically got about 8 hours use before a recharge though it comes with a seperate power bank for backup. The power cord adapter failed and they couriered us a replacement.

We ordered the business wifi during our stay in Tokyo and Kyoto. We found it extremely easy to use snd very helpful in helping us use the trains and sightseeing.

This was the most efficient way to have service while traveling in Japan. It was great to have to navigate and plan train rides. Our experience of picking up, using and returning was without any issues.
