During my stay I used Japan Wireless and was very pleased. This was my second time I used this company during my trips to Japan. My experience was very favorable. The coverage and ease of use was outstanding. However on my last trip the return envelope was missing when I picked up my rental at Narita. When it was time to return the device it was next to impossible to get any help trying to return the wireless device without the return envelope. If you are going to use Japan Wireless make sure you have a return envelope included in the package when you pick up your device. In comparison to other companies I’ve rented wireless devices Japan Wireless is by far the best device with great plans for data usage and connectivity is outstanding.

Great service. I picked up my hotspot at Haneda Airport, I used it all day in Tokyo and never lost internet and still had plenty of power after use all day. Drop off was easy, just put it back in the provided envelope and drop off at a post office box.

Fantastic service. Easy Pick and a return. Battery live was much improved as well compared to the unit I had last year. Lasted pretty much all day so barely needed to use the battery pack that came with it. Very much recommend and will be using again.
Used it for my 10 day trip in Japan. Worked wonderfully. Does around 6 pm but they include a portable charger with it.
Easy setup and the WIFI never failed throughout my 3 week stay in Japan. Would definitely use this product again.
