Everything worked perfect

I’m really happy I’ve decided to rent a router during my stay in Japan. Whole process was well managed, network was available everywhere. All contacts with Japan Wireless were good. Strongly recommended.

We were 2 people running around the main cities of Japan with one Hotspot and it was working amazing all the time, even on Shinkansen, we used to cellphones, iPads and computers, at the same time, very fast, great pick up and off service, I recommend it extremely

So glad we booked Wireless through Japan Wireless. It made our trip so stress free. Will be ordering one again next visit. It was delivered to our hotel prior to our arrival and was dropped back in the post box at the airport on our way home. Simple.

Easy to book, reception at the hotel I was staying and simple to use.

I traveled to Japan for 2 weeks and couldn't have asked for a simpler and more reliable device. The customer service from JW was fantastic as well after i had some queries.
