Great service!!! No problems

We bought eSIM for our Japanese trip. It works everywhere. (Tokyo, Osaka and Kanazawa) except Shinkansen.
I will use it again.

Easy pick up and drop off. Service was reliable.

Easy to use, stable wifi, which worked wonderfully on my trip from Sapporo to Tokyo and in between. I would highly recommend Japan Wireless. Their customer service is also exceptional.

My experience with the Pocket WiFi I got from Japan Wireless was incredible. One of the few that will deliver to the hotel. I never had a drop in service anywhere, and when I messed up the return, they worked quickly with me to allow me to return it over seas! All in all I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you!

Easy to use! Instruction are straightforward.

Worked perfectly. Great service from start to finish

Excellent, good signal during our 19 days in Japan.

Always very reliable. Hassle-free pick up and return procedures. Strong signal.

This is the second time we have rented a portable modem from Japan Wireless.
What to say? Perfect delivery of the device, excellent functioning on every occasion and competitive price. Highly recommended!
