This service was so easy and convient. The device worked perfectly and we never had any issues. The additional battery was very nice as well. Pick up and return was easy. I would reccomend it to friends and use this service again.

Definitely recommend!!

Nothing negative to say about the service. Everything worked better than expected. We where traveling with a large (13 juniors + 6 adults) group and mostly sharing our WiFi connections. Not once did we see any serious slowdowns even the kids where watching videos playing online games and adults surfing and uploading things also (connection number limit forced us to restart the devices a few times to get rid of the "zombie" phones not really active). Worked really good also on rural areas like up the mountains near Nishikawa. I also totally love the return system where you just pack all the parts to the ready filled return envelope you receive and drop it to closest postal service box or office.

Everything worked
