Easy pick up and drop off and no issues with WiFi device. Great price point and will definitely use this service again during my Japan travels.

Almost perfect 100% coverage.

This pocket wifi was perfect for my recent 2 week trip to Tokyo. Very easy to pick up at the Ninja Wi-Fi counter at Haneda. My daughter and I were able to get a strong internet connection at all times using the device. Very much appreciate the included mobile battery but we never had to use it as the pocket wifi charge would last all day. Next trip to Japan, we will definitely use Japan Wireless pocket wifi again!

Absolutely amazing. Wireless reception worked everywhere we went in Japan highly recommend I rarely write reviews but this one deserves the 5 star rating!!

Managed to set up the eSIM while I was waiting at immigration at Haneda Airport. Had a great connection throughout my time in Japan - including in rural areas.

An easy way to stay online in Japan and a trustworthy source I've used a couple of times (and will certainly use again).

This was probably the best purchase we made for our trip. It worked in every town we went to. Even Iriomotejima! We were so happy with the service.

Rented a hot spot for our trip,to Japan. Process was easy from pick up and return, the hot spot coverage was exceptional
